I observed that on Windows 11, copying and pasting using [Ctrl]+[c], [Ctrl]+[v] does not work. The system starts copying, only to stop immediately. Included it doesn't matter how big or small the amount of data is, whether on the same disk copied or data is to be transferred from a USB stick to the hard disk.
A lot of what I found on the internet didn't help. Also, I think that you can't really expect someone to do it in regular operation, comparatively complicated commands to enter
I installed an additional file manager. And over its interface and key commands copy files and folders and that worked very well.
